VIXSA Taupe Wrap Carrier

The VIXSA tag and centre marker for the VIXSA Wrap Carrier has been updated to a matching printed tag instead of the faux leather tag. A mixture of images will be showcased on our socials and website whilst we roll out the change. 

The change is to increase the longevity of the Wrap and eliminate unnecessary friction between the tag and the soft, stretchy nature of the VIXSA Bamboo material.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Dispatch:

All orders are dispatched from VIXSA Headquarters within 48hrs of order. All orders will be emailed a tracking number and can be tracked and traced through the Australia Post website.

Below are our standard delivery timeframes from Dispatch Date, please note that although we try and give an estimate once your package has been sent it is beyond our control should there be delays with shipping:

• Standard Registered Post in Australia: 3-5 Business Days (Regional locations may take longer)
• Express Post in Australia: 1-3 Business Days (Regional locations may take longer)
• New Zealand: 3-5 Business Days
• United States: 5-10 Business Days
• Rest of the World: 5-15 Business Days

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 50 days of delivery for a full product refund (minus shipping costs) should you change your mind or a product is faulty. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or are not in their original packaging. You also must include a copy of your invoice with the return. We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. 

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of sending your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

Due to the dying process of natural fibres with Bamboo and Linen, the colour of the print can vary slightly each production run and may not exactly reflect the hues of the pictured images.
